Neighborhood Information
The City of Crystal is comprised of 14 distinct neighborhoods, each with its own unique characteristics. The following is a brief description of Crystal's neighborhoods and a map.
Broadway: Located in the northwest corner of the City, bounded by Bass Lake Road on the south and West Broadway on the east.
Lions Park: Includes Lions Parks and is situated north of Bass Lake Road between West Broadway and CR 81.
Skyway: Surrounds Crystal Airport and is bounded by CR 81 on the west and Bass Lake Road on the south.
Twin Oaks: Adjacent to Twin Lakes and immediately south of Bass Lake Road and east of CR 81.
Becker: Includes Becker Park and Crystal Shopping Center, the City's major commercial center. Bounded by Bass Lake Road on the north, and CR 81 on the east.
Forest: Situated in the middle of the City, located west of Douglas Drive and north of Rockford Road.
Welcome Park: Home to the Community Center, situated north of Rockford Road and east of Douglas Drive.
Cavanagh Oaks: Surrounds Cavanagh Elementary School situated east of West Broadway and west of Twin Lakes.
Fair: One of Crystal's smaller neighborhoods, situated south of Rockford Road, east of Douglas Drive and north of 36th Avenue N.
Brownwood: Home to City Hall and Hagemeister Pond, situated west of Douglas Drive, south of Rockford Road and north of 36th Ave N.
Winnetka Hills: Located in the southwest corner of the City, west of Winnetka Ave N.
Valley Place: Surrounds Valley Place Park and is situated east of Winnetka Ave. N., north of 27th Ave. N., west of Douglas Drive and south of 36th Ave. N.
Bassett Creek: Includes the City's largest park, Bassett Creek, and is situated east of Douglas Drive, south of 36th Ave. N., and west of Highway 100.
Lee Park: Located in the southeast corner of the City east of Highway 100 and south of 36th Ave. N.
