1 7323 58th Ave N 57xx Oregon Court (new addresses). The EDA purchased the former Thora Thorson School from Robbinsdale Area Schools in October 2005, then cleared the site, replatted the property into 17 lots and installed new infrastructure (street, water, sewer, etc.) The EDA sold all 17 lots in fall 2006. New houses have been built and sold on all of the lots except 5728 Oregon Ct, which is a vacant lot abandoned by the builder. 5728 will probably go tax forfeit in 2012, at which time the EDA may acquire it from the state and sell it to a new builder.
2 5918 Kentucky Ave N The EDA purchased this vacant foreclosure in October 2011, demolished it in February 2012 and is seeking new house proposals with a lot price of $45,000.
3 7024 60th Ave N The EDA has a pending purchase of this vacant foreclosure. Closing and demolition are expected by summer 2012. (The detached garage is in good condition and will remain.) The EDA will seek new house proposals with a lot price of $50,000.
4 7041 60th Ave N (Funded by the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program, hereinafter "NSP".) The EDA purchased this vacant foreclosure in August 2010 and demolished it in June 2011.  The EDA expects to sell the lot for construction of a new house affordable for households below 120% of metro area median income.
5 5906 Elmhurst Ave N (NSP) The EDA purchased this vacant foreclosure in February 2010 and demolished the house in November 2010.  In January 2011 the EDA sold the lot to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity for construction of a new house affordable at 50% of area median income. The house has been completed and sold.
6 6601 62nd Ave N The EDA has a pending purchase of this vacant, tax forfeited house. Closing and demolition are expected by summer 2012. The EDA will seek new house proposals with a lot price of $50,000.
7 5700 Bottineau Blvd The City Council approved the plat, site and building plans in April 2011 for this 43,000 sq. ft. medical office building.  The project is substantially complete and the principal tenant, Northwest Family Physicians, moved in at the end of February 2012.

It is approximately one acre in size and is guided for neighborhood commercial use.  With assistance from Hennepin County, the EDA is completing a Phase 2 environmental review due to the past presence of a fuel/service station on part of the site. If the site is acceptable and the EDA purchases it from MnDOT, then it would be available for a small office building or similar use as market conditions warrant.

If the site is acceptable and the EDA purchases it from MnDOT, then the EDA will seek new house proposals with a lot price of $55,000.
38 5501 32nd Ave N (MnDOT)  This site is located on the south side of 32nd west of the Highway 100 noise wall. It is approximately 2.5 acres in size and is guided for low density residential use.  The EDA expects to sell it for development of either single family houses or townhomes as market conditions warrant.
39 5417 35th Ave N (MnDOT) The EDA is seeking new house proposals with a lot price of $40,000.
