Parks & Recreation Commission (PRC)
This 10-member commission promotes the systematic, comprehensive development of park facilities and recreational activities necessary for the physical, mental, emotional, and moral health and well-being of the residents of the city of Crystal. Membership consists of one resident from each city ward and 6 residents from the city at large.
Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at the Crystal Community Center (except for the summer months when it meets at neighborhood parks).
