Weddings
Weddings: The wedding rates listed below include the gym(s) and kitchen from 8 a.m. to midnight. A licensed caterer is required to prepare food. Beer, wine or champagne may be served. Security/Damage Deposit is required for all wedding events. Weddings with under 250 people will required a refundable deposit of $400. For weddings 250-400 people will require a $500 refundable deposit.
Kitchen is available for licensed catered dinners/banquets. Dishes, silverware and cooking utensils are not provided.
Beer, wine, and champagne may be served by applying for approval to the City Council who requires proof of liability insurance coverage. Security guards are required (1 officer per 100 people). There will be a $50.00 fee for an Alcohol Permit.
