The police departments for Crystal, Robbinsdale and New Hope are taking part in a Tri-city Community Engagement Forum on Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Crystal Community Center to building upon the positive relationships and trust between the police and the three communities. It will include an open and honest discussion of policies and procedures and examine the challenges in your neighborhood and city.

The Crystal Police Department is highlighting Domestic Violence Awareness Month by displaying purple lighting for October. Break the silence on domestic violence. The City of Crystal has opportunities available on its boards and commissions. These governmental bodies offer advice and support to the city and city council on a variety of issues.

Crystal property owners can view their current and past water usage and set up alerts via the city’s new SENSUS Customer Portal.

The City of Crystal, in cooperation with New Hope and the West Metro Fire-Rescue District, is now part of the free emergency notification system known as CodeRed. This service delivers customized emergency messages to residents and businesses via phone calls, text messages and emails.
