Crystal to Host Climate Action Plan Meetings

The City of Crystal is launching Resilient Crystal 2035—its first climate action plan. This roadmap will guide how our community prepares for climate impacts, strengthens resilience, and supports a sustainable future.
The city’s sustainability consultant, paleBLUEdot, and the Sustainability Commission will host two community Climate Action Plan meetings to share progress and gather feedback from residents.
The meetings are at the Crystal City Hall Upper Community Room, 4141 Douglas Dr. N. Attend a meeting, share your ideas, and help shape Crystal’s climate-resilient future:
• March 21, 2026 from 3:30–5 p.m.
• May 23, 2026 from 3:30–5 p.m.

Development of Resilient Crystal 2035 is guided by the Crystal City Council and the Sustainability Commission, reflecting the city’s commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being. The plan will highlight ways Crystal can protect its natural resources, reduce energy costs, and create healthier neighborhoods—now and for generations to come.
